Service & Delivery

1. 1.To ensure a smooth transaction, please present the original receipt when collecting your garments. We kindly ask that you inspect all items upon delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any claims of damage after you have accepted them.
2. 2.Express or urgent delivery services are available at an additional 50% charge over our standard rates.
3. 3.For a complimentary re-wash, please return the garment within 24 hours of delivery with the original tag still attached.
4. 4.While we make every effort to deliver your clothes on time, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, you are not entitled to any compensation or reduction in charges.
5. 5.Please note that we are not responsible for garments that are not collected within 3 weeks from the date of delivery.
6. 6.Pricing for designer wear is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the garment’s complexity. This will be communicated to you at the time of drop-off or after it has been evaluated by our experts.

Garment Care & Liability

1. 7.We are not responsible for damage that may occur to garments during the cleaning process due to factors beyond our control, including color running, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments, embroidery, ornaments, and jewelry fittings. We are also not liable for damages caused by defective manufacturing, pre-existing wear and tear, or environmental exposure.
2. 8.While we make every effort to remove stains, we cannot guarantee 100% stain removal. All articles are accepted at your own risk, and you shall not have any right to claim a deduction in processing charges.
3. 9.For designer wear, we will only proceed with cleaning based on the designer’s recommendations, provided they align with our experts’ professional judgment.
4. 10.In the event a garment or home linen is damaged due to our negligence (and not for the reasons mentioned in the points above), our compensation will be limited to 5 times the wash charge or ₹2000, whichever is lower.
5. 11.We accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes caused by unforeseen events such as fire, burglary, or other similar causes beyond our control.

General Terms

1. 12.All disputes are subjected to Thrissur Jurisdiction only.
2. 13.Black Swan Dress Care & Dry Cleaners Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
