Faizal Eledath is the Managing Director of Black Swan, a strategist and technocrat who brings a sharp, disciplined approach to the founding team.

With a strong background as a CTO and CIO, Faizal chose to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship. His mission is to transform the company and the dry-cleaning industry by introducing cutting-edge, digital-era solutions that align with evolving customer needs.

Known for his disciplined nature, Faizal believes a company’s DNA must be rooted in innovation, purpose, and a commitment to achieving meaningful goals.

Prince George

Director

Prince George is the Director of Black Swan, a leader whose philosophy is built on empathy, inspiration, and a deep understanding of people.

His extensive career began in the early ‘90s, where his experience in Mumbai taught him the power of human connection. With over 25 years in the industry, he remains passionate about meeting customers, suppliers, and his team, believing these interactions are his most valuable education.

Prince is a natural problem-solver, driven to find the right solutions for his customers, whom he considers friends. He is often found on the shop floor, motivating his team to achieve excellence.

In addition to his professional life, he has a passion for music, from blues to retro Hindi hits, and is known for being the life of the party with his family and friends.

Sunil Stanly

Sunil Stanly is the Director of Black Swan, a professional who believes design is an omnipresent force that makes things work. His philosophy centers on its power to create functional and productive spaces.

With a Bachelor of Architecture degree and over 25 years of experience, Stanly has honed his craft and become a passionate advocate for ergonomics, ecology, and economy throughout the entire design cycle.

He believes collaboration is key to unlocking collective intelligence and creativity, guiding his team to improve with every project. For Stanly, design is ultimately about problem-solving, a principle that drives both his professional and personal pursuits.

V. K. Hameed

Director

V. K. Hameed is a visionary Director and the senior-most member of BLACK SWAN DRY CLEANERS’s leadership team. Returning from Muscat in 1995 with extensive experience in real estate, he brought a sharp business mind and an open perspective to his hometown of Thrissur.

With a deep understanding of the local socio-political landscape, he pioneered the “see-through” dry-cleaning concept in Kerala. This bold venture, originally launched as Sparkle Dry Cleaners in 2000, was later rebranded as BLACK SWAN DRY CLEANERS. Hameed’s forward-thinking vision laid the foundation for the company’s commitment to transparency and quality, setting a new industry standard.

Anil Antony

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Anil Antony is the dynamic CEO of BLACK SWAN DRY CLEANERS. He has been with the company since 2003, giving him firsthand experience in every aspect of its growth and transformation.

A graduate and former volleyball player, Anil’s personal philosophy of “work hard, relax hard” is reflected in his leadership style. He believes in a strong, disciplined approach to business while also valuing a balanced and fulfilling life.

Anil is known for his visionary mindset and his commitment to physical and mental wellness. His passion for travel and fitness not only informs his personal life but also inspires a forward-thinking and energetic approach to business. He guides the company with a deep-rooted understanding of its history and a clear focus on its future, driving growth and ensuring Black Swan remains a leader in the premium garment care industry.

Arun Jose Tharakan

Deputy CEO

Arun Jose Tharakan is the Deputy CEO of BLACK SWAN DRY CLEANERS, having risen through the ranks since joining the company in 2013 as an Assistant Sales Manager.

A B.Tech graduate in Information Technology from Calicut University, Arun’s vision has been pivotal in transforming Black Swan into a premium, digital-first brand. He was the driving force behind pioneering services like scheduled online pickup and delivery, and the launch of the company’s dedicated mobile apps. His passion for innovation has led to the continuous revamping of retail concepts and the adoption of modern global industry practices.

His core areas of expertise include sales, digital media, marketing, and training. Arun is known for his sharp, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills, which he applies to everything from business challenges to his hobbies. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, trekker, and traveler who loves exploring new things and is deeply connected to his family and friends.

Rivin Vincent

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Rivin Vincent is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the financial backbone of BLACK SWAN DRY CLEANERS. Joining the company in 2015, he has taken full responsibility for all finance and accounting operations.

Known for his strict adherence to financial policies, Rivin meticulously manages the department to ensure a robust cash flow and fiscal health for the company. His disciplined approach and strong leadership are instrumental in maintaining Black Swan’s financial stability and supporting its strategic growth.

Melbin Johnson

Production Head

Melbin Johnson is the Production Head at BLACK SWAN DRY CLEANERS. A B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he has a deep passion for machines and the processes that drive them. Since joining the company in 2024, he has been instrumental in developing and streamlining all production processes.

With his extensive knowledge and hands-on approach, Melbin is responsible for managing the workforce, ensuring efficient process flow, and overseeing all plant and machine maintenance. His dedication is focused on ensuring every stage of the production cycle is optimized to deliver the highest quality fabric care to customers, consistently and on time.

Sheharbanu

Chief Quality Head

Sheharbanu is the Chief Quality Head at BLACK SWAN DRY CLEANERS, a role she has held since the brand’s inception. As the wife of Director V.K. Hameed, she has been a foundational force in building the company from the ground up, nurturing it with a dedication she likens to raising a child.

With a strong vision and uncompromising standards, Sheharbanu’s leadership has been pivotal in establishing Black Swan’s reputation as a premium brand.
