 Job Responsibilities

• Pick up clothes from customers' homes and deliver finished garments.

• Check the clothes and count them during pickup.

• Use the mobile app to update order status.

• Handle cash or digital payments upon delivery.

• Maintain a professional behavior with customers at all times.

Key Requirements

• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Location: Candidate must reside within a 10km radius of the store location.

• Technology: A Smartphone is mandatory (for using the delivery app and navigation).

• Age Limit: 20 to 45 years.

• Language Skills:

  • Must be able to read English (to read addresses, names, and labels).

  • Must be fluent in Malayalam.

• Attitude: Must be polite, punctual, and have a good customer service mindset.
